Monthly Membership
$55/month includes:
-Up to 2 classes/week
-Tuesday & Thursday, 12pm
-Classes held in person ONLY on Tuesdays in Edwards Gym at Ohio Wesleyan University (Boardman Arts Park during the summer) and on Zoom
-Each live class will be recorded, you will have access to the recorded class for 48 hours after each class
-You can access the recordings via the Member Portal on this website; you will get sign-in info once you have paid for the month.
Deep Release
The main goal is to live a better life by including a yoga practice that serves and sustains us. How can we organize ourselves to become more well informed, function better, and utilize everything instead of relying on just one thing?
The other goal is to organize yourself so you can take care of yourself. We spend so many hours each day sitting in the same positions or doing the same movements with our bodies day after day, week after week, month after month. This class is designed to get you moving out of these areas of stiffness and feeling stuck.

We will focus on moving all the joints of the body plus spending time creating space in the jaw & neck, shoulders & back, hips & legs, and hands & feet. We will use multiple props to assist our postures so that we can be held & supported. There will also be a focus on mobility and reducing muscle tension while also giving you tools and tricks to use on your own.

Summer Yoga OUTSIDE at the Park OR on Zoom!
Join me for a hatha based practice every Tuesday & Thursday. Some days we will flow, some days we will take it slow. We will explore breathwork, joint mobility, and take in the sights and sounds.
