Come as often as you like, have access to LIVE in person classes or livestream PLUS access to the recording of each class for 48 hours after!

This spring & summer let's balance all of our 'going out' with 'going in'. The main goal is to live a better life by including a yoga practice that serves and sustains us.
The other goal is to organize yourself so you can take care of yourself. We spend so many hours each day sitting in the same positions or doing the same movements with our bodies day after day, week after week, month after month. This class is designed to get you moving out of these areas of stiffness and feeling stuck.
We will focus on moving all the joints of the body plus spending time creating space in the jaw & neck, shoulders & back, hips & legs, and hands & feet. We will use multiple props to assist our postures so that we can be held & supported. There will also be a focus on mobility and reducing muscle tension while also giving you tools and tricks to use on your own.
